Copyright of all material produced by or for Fastroc Ltd remains with Fastroc Ltd unless otherwise stated. Any Fastroc Ltd  material used by a third party (purchased or used with permission from Fastroc Ltd) is on a one-off use basis for the application agreed unless specifically agreed in writing. Any further reproduction or use by the third party is a chargeable act and Fastroc Ltd can charge accordingly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Duplication

Fastroc Ltd will not duplicate copyrighted material for third parties unless the copyright of that material belongs to the third party. This must be presented in writing before any duplication can or will be done. 

Pricing

Fastroc Ltd will endeavour to provide added value services at competitive rates and maintain the price structures laid down at the estimate/ quotation stage. However Fastroc Ltd reserve the right to amend the price if the specification or circumstances of the contract change. Fastroc Ltd will of course, consult with the client in these matters.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of DVD / Tape / Download it is our policy that we cannot give a refund on these products once purchased. We will replace any faulty product at our expense upon receipt of the faulty goods being returned to us for analysis. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

All payments must be made in full before collection of goods. Cheque payments must clear before goods will be released.

Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of 20% of the order value should be made at the time of the commission. The remainder should be paid on completion of the commission as detailed above. 

DVD Duplication Advice

Due to the standards connected with DVD disk manufacture the compatibility of the DVD disk and its ability to operate in DVD players is not guaranteed. 

Fastroc Ltd always use high quality DVD-R blanks when duplicating. We can also provide the finished DVD in DVD+R format and Pressed Replication for volumes in excess of 500 units.

Check out the internet for up to date DVD player compatibility lists to ensure your DVD player is capable of playing duplicated disks.
